We accept returns within 30 days from the date the product is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the following condition:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging.
With all original labels and accessories.
- Return Process
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a return authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging and be sure to include the RMA conspicuously on the package.
- Send the package back to the address we provide.
4. Return Cost
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is our error or a defective product. In these cases, we will assume the return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your return request. If the product meets the return conditions mentioned above, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Products Not Eligible for Return
Some products are not eligible for returns. These include:
Personalized or made-to-measure products.
Perishable or expired products.
